1.   Regional Sports Meet was successfully organised in the Vidyalaya from 24.08.10 to 26.08.10.
   
2. Regional Science Exhibition will be organized in the Vidyalaya from 03.09.10 to 04.09.10.
   
3. Cluster Level Social Science Exhibition will be organized in the Vidyalaya from 06.09.10 to 07.09.10.

Guideline for Regional Science Exhibition

As per the Letter No.F.290361/2010-KVS(SR)/, dated 09/08/2010 from A.C., Regional Office, Silchar K V Duliajan will be conducting the following events under Regional Science Exhibition 2010 on 03.09.10 and 04.09.10. All Vidyalayas are requested to send participants & Models as per prescribed sub themes. This year, the theme of the exhibition is “SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FOR CHALLENGES IN LIFE” & sub themes are as follows-

       (2) Instruction for Write-up

1. All write-ups are to be prepared in the prescribed form ( as given in NCERT Guidelines)
   
2. The diagrams, photographs and write-ups should be neat, clean and sufficiently Detailed.
   
3. All other detailed information’s are available on www.kvsangathan.nic.in and should be followed.
   
4. Most Important Instructions:-

• All the participants are requested to bring the Triplet copy of the write-up for models.
  
• All Proformae should be filled up correctly and verified by the concern authority and counter signed by the School Principal .
  
• Parents/relatives and outsiders are not allowed to visit/stay in the Vidyalaya premises.
  
• All students will have to produce medical certificate confirming that they are not suffering from any viral infection. If using any particular medicines, kindly bring the same along with doctor’s prescription.
  
• Participants should bring the following items with them:
  
• Plates, bowls, glasses & spoon.
  
• Personal kits, toiletries etc.
  
• Pair of school uniform
  
• Special medicines if taken by the child
  
• Escorts are fully responsible for the complete discipline of their students.
